Honestly, sometimes it makes me feel better when things go wrong. It's nice to actually have reasons to feel crappy, and that cheers me up. Better than feeling awful for no good reason at all.
I deserved the speeding ticket, but may fight it anyways on grounds of being poor. I'm not scared about the taxes because I can back up all my claims (and it probably does look suspicious that I told them I was in school for 12 months last year, paid a ton of tuition, and still had substantial charitable donations. I don't blame them for auditing me). And I just about surely found a place to live!
yay for a new place! talk soon? tomorrow, maybe?
