Girl Blitz

Tonight was a Blitz night, but actually we didn't end up playing Blitz or any card games at all. A couple of the boys went out of town, so since it was mostly just girls left we decided to dress up fancy - it's nice to have an opportunity to do so - and go out for dinner. It turned out to just be three of us, but it was great. We looked hot, and we went for pasta, and then we came home and lounged in our dresses in my living room, eating chocolate and watching Yentl. We talked about the experience of being women for a bit afterwards, until my friends realized it was late and they had to get home. I felt so grateful for their presence and their friendship. Thank you, Friends. I value you so much.
