Sounding Board

Talking issues out, even with outside parties, seems to be really important for me. Sometimes it's just the act of articulating the problem - putting it into words makes it more manageable. And sometimes it's the insights they offer or the things their comments make me consider that make the conversations so valuable to me. Thanks friends.
